The exact seat locations of the tickets to Z100's Jingle Ball is at the discretion of Z100. The winning bidder will receive the tickets on Friday, December 8, 2017 when they meet with their designated Delta representative onsite. 

The specific Z100 Jingle Ball pre-show performing artist available to take the photo with the winning bidder is subject to the discretion of Z100's Jingle Ball. The artist appointed for the photo with the attending guests is not interchangeable. Taking a photo with the performing artist will occur during the All Access Lounge pre-show and may interfere with viewing other performances. Autographs and other requests are not permitted when taking a photo with the performing artist. The attending guests will be notified of the approximate time of the photo with the pre-show performing artist on Thursday, December 7, 2017, which will be between the time of 12pm-6pm EST on December 8, 2017, although the times are subject to change even the day of on December 8, 2017. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the photo opportunity, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older. Guests who arrive late will not be guaranteed a photo. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Transportation between lodging and Hammerstein Ballroom and Madison Square Garden and transportation to and from the winning bidder's city is not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package.
