The Floor Reserved tickets for the Stories, Songs & Stars event will be seated and behind the VIP tables. The General Admission Floor tickets to the ACM Awards Official After Party are standing room only. The winning bidder will receive all tickets by April 9^th. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the awards show, the other attending guest must be an adult 18 years or older. No guests under the age of 5 are permitted to the awards show. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to utilize the ACM Party for a Cause tickets and after party tickets. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Offer includes a stay in an Exclusive Resorts Las Vegas, Nevada residence for three (3) consecutive nights only during the dates set forth above. Offer cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win. Winning bidder must be aged 23 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23 years or older. Three (3) night stay at an Exclusive Resorts' Vdara Hotel & Spa™ residence includes accommodations and certain services only; does not include airfare, costs for other transportation, food and beverage, or other optional activities such as access to ESPA Spa and spa treatments. Festival entry is not provided by or on behalf of Exclusive Resorts or its affiliates. Neither Exclusive Resorts nor any of its affiliates is responsible for, or liable with regard to, claims related to a third party's provision of, or failure to provide, services. Check in is at 4pm PT on Friday, April 13, 2018 and check out is 11am PT on Monday, April 16, 2018, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must sign an Exclusive Resorts occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security. Maximum occupancy is four (4). Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

Transportation between lodging and the above listed events and transportation to and from the winning bidder's city is not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement.
