The Per Se Silver Gift Experience Card and signed copy of Ad Hoc at Home will be mailed to the winning bidder after the auction ends. The $800 Per Se Silver Gift Experience Card does not expire; therefore, the winning bidder can choose to book a reservation any time. The winning bidder will be provided a personal Per Se representative to assist in booking the reservation in place of calling the general reservation line, however standard reservation policy still applies. The reservation policy states that all dining reservations can be made up to 1 calendar month in advance. This package does not guarantee a reservation when the restaurant is already fully booked. Although reservations are not accepted nor guaranteed prior to one month from the calendar date, we suggest the winning bidder contact the designated Per Se representative prior to 1 calendar month prior to the day of the desired reservation date to have the best chance to achieve their preferred date/time. The designated Per Se representative will be available from 10am - 6pm EST Monday through Friday to assist the winning bidder. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. The Per Se gift card does not have an expiration date.

Transportation between lodging and the restaurant and transportation to and from the winning bidder's city is not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement.
