The winning bidder will receive their tickets and passes via FedEx mail approximately one (1) week prior to the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 Monster Energy Cup race. 

To utilize the pre-race 'cold' pit passes, participants must be at least 18 years of age. The pace car ride will take place in the early morning prior to the O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 race at approximately 8:00am CST on Sunday, April 8, 2018, and will include two (2) laps around Texas Motor Speedway. To participate in the pace car ride, in which participants will be a passenger not the driver, and the attending guests will be together in the same pace car for the ride, participants will be required to sign a waiver provided by the Texas Motor Speedway. Anyone under the age of 18 may participate in the pace car ride if a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver on their behalf. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 Monster Energy Cup race but may not be the actual pace car used in the race. In the event NASCAR determines that the track will not be available for pace car rides at the time stated due to schedule modifications, weather, governmental restrictions, unsafe conditions or other issues, Texas Motor Speedway will conduct the pace car rides on an alternate date and/or time, or will provide an alternative experience, at its sole discretion. Texas Motor Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Transportation between lodging and Texas Motor Speedway and transportation to and from the winning bidder's city is not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement.
