• "Taste of Jackson Hole" presented by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort at the top of Bridger Gondola on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm MT

• "Big Wines, Small Plates" presented by Fine Dining Restaurant Group on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Rendezvous Bistro from 12:00pm - 2:00pm MT

The illustrious panel will take you on a journey of their personal stories and "A Ha" moments that inspired these exceptional pairings.   • Renowned Chefs Walter & Margarita Manzke of République are excited to share a menu that reflects their French point of view with elements of new American and Asian influences. Lia Gilles, brand ambassador for Vérité will be pouring some of her favorite Bordeaux-inspired blends from their outstanding portfolio of wines.   • Master chefs Stuart Brioza & Nicole Kraskinski,State Bird Provisions, San Francisco; Chefs Walter & Margarita Manzke, République, Los Angeles and Chefs Ricky Estrellado & Ryo Hasegawa, Nobu Downtown, New York will team up with a few of Jackson Hole's finest culinary enthusiasts to create the ultimate taste of summer. Jackson Hole Food & Wine is pleased to announce its 2nd annual summer festival weekend, June 21-23, 2018. The three-day festival will provide several intimate and unique food and beverage events highlighting the breathtaking Jackson Hole valley and while giving back to the community.  

The festival will bring together culinary stars of Jackson Hole, nationally recognized wine, spirits and brews, and will feature three celebrated guest chefs. Festival programming will feature unique tasting opportunities, an engaging wine seminar and an intimate dinner series in some of Jackson Hole's most unique and authentic locations.
