The concert tickets will be sent via email within one (1) week prior to the show date. To attend the concert and photo with Mariah Carey, all attending guests must be at least 2 years of age. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend, the other attending guest must be 18 years or older.

The exact poster in which Mariah Carey will autograph is at the discretion of the artist's management team. The autographed poster will be mailed to the winning bidder within approximately 14 days following the concert date and will not be personalized to the winning bidder's name. 

Taking the photo with Mariah Carey will occur at a designated onsite location after the show. The attending guests will be informed the week of the concert as to the exact details for the location and time. The one (1) photo will be for two (2) guests at the same time and will be taken by a professional photographer. The attending guests will receive the photo digitally within approximately 14 days following the show. No personal phones, selfies, or autographs permitted when taking a photo with Mariah Carey. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Accommodations at Caesars Palace Las Vegas and/or transportation to and from the winning bidder's city is not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement.
