The winning bidder will receive their tickets and passes before the race by Friday, September 7, 2018. The pace car ride will take place in the early morning prior to the Verizon IndyCar Series "Grand Prix of Sonoma" on or around 8:00am PDT on September 16, 2018, and will include approximately one (1) lap around Sonoma Raceway. To participate in the hot lap ride, in which you will be a passenger not the driver, you will be required to sign a waiver provided by the Sonoma Raceway. Anyone under the age of 16 may participate in the hot lap ride if a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver on their behalf. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the Verizon IndyCar Series "Grand Prix of Sonoma" but will not be the actual pace car used in the race. Subject to change or cancelation without notice and at the direction of INDYCAR and Sonoma Raceway. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

A representative will be onsite at the race to assist in escorting the attending guests to Victory Lane. The photo with the winning driver will take place approximately sixty (60) to ninety (90) minutes after the conclusion of the race, after the driver has completed his media obligations. During the time of taking a photo with the winning driver, the attending guests are not permitted to request an autograph from the winning driver. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend Victory Lane and the photo opportunity with the winning driver, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older.

Transportation between lodging and Sonoma Raceway and transportation to and from the winning bidder's city is not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement.
