The winning bidder ("Winner") will receive the tickets to the 2018 American Music Awards and related activities listed above (collectively, the "Event") from a Delta representative on the day of the Event, Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The exact location of the tickets is at the discretion of dick clark productions, inc. ("Producer"), but seats will be located in either sections 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 within rows N through Z or rows AA through MM. Winner and his or her guest must arrive at the venue at approximately 2:30pm PST to access to walk the red carpet. Guests who arrive late are not guaranteed red carpet access. The red carpet section where Winner and his or her guest will walk will not be the same area where celebrities walk. Access to the red carpet does not include any access to, interaction with, and/or the taking of any photos with celebrities attending the Event. All guests must be 21+ in order to attend the official after party. Celebrities are not guaranteed to be in attendance at the after party. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Winner. 

Winner and his/her guest must comply with all Event and/or venue rules and regulations; failure to do so may result in removal from the Event. Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or transferred a third party.  Producer is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, and Winner will not be reimbursed for tickets.  Winner understands and agrees that Producer has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove Winner and/or his/her guest from the Event at any time without compensation if Winner or his/her guest's behavior at any point is uncooperative or disruptive, may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Producer or the Event, or otherwise violates the policies of Producer or the venue.  No one may be admitted to the Event without the proper ticket, passes, or other evidence of access or after the Event begins.  Tickets may be subject to Producer or the venue's standard rain-check policies and procedures. 

Transportation between lodging and the venue and transportation to and from the Winner's city are not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement.
