- Each certificate is valid for one (1) roundtrip main cabin flight from US/Canada to the Caribbean*
- A three (3) night stay for two (2) guests at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in an Elite Room in La Romana, Dominican Republic checking in Thursday, November 29, 2018 and checking out on Sunday, December 2, 2018
- Includes VIP roundtrip airport transfers to/from Casa de Campo Resort & Villas and either Punta Cana International Airport or Santo Domingo Airport

The weekend member and their guest will gather with Red Sox legend, David Ortiz, to drink wine and smoke a cigar. David will also sign autographs and take pictures
- Admission for one (1) to play golf in the 11th Annual David Ortiz Celebrity Golf Classic. Each foursome will be paired with a celebrity captain on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. Members will play in a foursome with one of David's celebrity friends and take pictures with David along the course
- Access for one (1) to participate in a Surprise Check Presentation Ceremony to David Ortiz on stage on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the Celebrity Golf Classic Awards Ceremony. Members will be called by name on stage to present David with a check for the David Ortiz Children's Fund, with all the funds raised by the 340 Club included. This check will provide life-saving cardiac surgery for 68 low-income children
