The exact location of the floor tickets to KIIS FM's Jingle Ball is at the discretion of KIIS FM and the attending guests will find out their exact seat locations when they receive their tickets the day of the show at Will Call.

The specific host or performing artist available to take the photo with the attending guests is subject to the discretion of KIIS FM and may include an artist that performs at the pre-show event, not necessarily an artist performing at the KIIS FM Jingle Ball evening show. The host or artist appointed for the photo with the attending guests is not interchangeable. Taking a photo with the host or performing artist will occur during the KIIS FM Jingle Ball pre-show and the attending guests will miss part of the pre-show during this time. The attending guests will be notified of the approximate time of the photo with the host or performing artist on Friday, November 30, 2018. Autographs and other requests are not permitted when taking a photo with the host or performing artist. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the photo opportunity, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older. Guests who arrive late will not be guaranteed a photo. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
