The exact location of the 100-level tickets to Z100's Jingle Ball is at the discretion of Z100 and the attending guests will find out their exact seat locations when they receive their tickets the day of the show at Will Call.

The specific Z100 Jingle Ball pre-show performing artist available to take the photo with the winning bidder is subject to the discretion of Z100's Jingle Ball. The artist appointed for the photo with the attending guests is not interchangeable. Taking a photo with the performing artist or host will occur during the All Access Lounge pre-show and may interfere with viewing other performances. Autographs and other requests are not permitted when taking a photo with the performing artist. The attending guests will be notified of the approximate time of the photo with the pre-show performing artist on Friday, December 7, 2018, which will be between the time of 12pm-6pm EST on Friday, December 7, 2018, although the times are subject to change even the day of on Friday, December 7, 2018. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the photo opportunity, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older. Guests who arrive late will not be guaranteed a photo. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
