To utilize the Neon Garage and Pre-Race Pit Road access, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The pace car ride will take place in the early morning prior to the race at approximately 6:30am PT on Sunday, March 3, 2019 and will include approximately two (2) laps around Las Vegas Motor Speedway. You and your guest will be asked to arrive by 6:30am PT and will be together in the same pace car for the ride. To participate in the pace car ride, in which you will be a passenger not the driver, you will be required to sign a waiver provided by Las Vegas Motor Speedway. To participate in the pace car ride, riders must be at least 18 years of age. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the Pennzoil 400 race but will not be the actual pace car used in the race. Las Vegas Motor Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. In the event NASCAR determines that the track will not be available for pace car rides at the time stated due to schedule modifications, weather, governmental restrictions, unsafe conditions or other issues, Las Vegas Speedway will provide an alternative prize, at its sole discretion.

The winning bidder can elect to use all or any amount of the three (3) hotel nights provided. The winning bidder must notify their Delta representative by Thursday, February 7, 2019 on the exact dates they choose to check in and check out in order to modify the original dates of checking in on Friday, March 1, 2019 and checking out Monday, March 4, 2019. The room type is a standard resort room with two queen beds. A king room can be requested but is not guaranteed. Check in is at 3:00pm PT and check out is at 11:00am PT. All hotel incidental costs including food and beverages and any amenity fees are at the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. There must be at least one guest age 21 or older to check in and receive the hotel accommodations.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
