*This Nihi Sumba, Indonesia Experience is available to redeem for accommodations between Monday, September 16, 2019, through Tuesday, March 31, 2020. This offer is not valid after March 2020 and reservation requests after Thursday, March 26, 2020, will not be granted. The exact confirmed Nihi Sumba dates are recommended to be booked with Nihi at least three (3) months before the guest's desired trip start date and are based on availability (i.e. booking date to schedule the trip is no later than Thursday, December 26, 2019). Accommodations will not be available during High Season or Nihi Sumba Blackout dates during the dates between Sunday, December 15, 2019, through Tuesday, January 7, 2020. All reservation dates are subject to availability. The winning bidder will be connected with a Nihi Resorts booking representative after the auction closes to confirm booking dates.
This five (5) night experience includes: Three (3) meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), accommodations for five (5) nights in one (1) of the three (3) listed villa's (Lamba, Lulu Amahu, or Marangga) based on Nihi Sumba availability, gratuities in the amount of 10 percent service charge for included meals, non-alcoholic drinks, one (1) full re-stock per day of the Mini Bar, resort based activities, Wi-Fi, in-room electronic safe, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, hairdryer, laundry and the above listed activities.
Not included in this experience are airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation, discretionary dining charges, alcoholic beverages, dining at Kaboku, telephone calls, insurance, all excursions, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. Currency is Indonesian Rupiah and there is an ATM at the resort. Nihi Sumba does not include costs for food and beverage or any other optional activities offered outside of the Nihi Sumba, Indonesia package.
Participants are responsible to make their own arrangements for airfare including flights to Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar (DPS) and charter flights to Sumba Island's Tambolaka Airport (TMC). Participants land in Sumba Island's Tambolaka Airport (TMC) to start their trip, ground transportation from the Sumba Island's Tambolaka Airport to Nihi Resorts is not provided. Exact activities/schedule on the trip may be subject to change under Nihi Sumba's discretion. Most visitors (including citizens of USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, China, and India) are eligible for an Indonesian visa on arrival at a $35.00 charge with a maximum visit of 30 days. If not eligible for visa on arrival the attending guests can apply at any Indonesia Embassy. All foreign travelers to Indonesia need at least six months remaining on their passport as well as one full clean page for the visa on arrival stamp. This is strictly reinforced: Attending guests will not be allowed to board the plane in their departing country if this is not adhered to.
Travel insurance with medical evaluation coverage is highly recommended to cover against all risks associated with overseas travel and appropriate medical and other insurance prior to departure from their country of origin and is the responsibility of the individual. The Nihi Sumba accommodations as part of this trip is for a two-occupancy one-bedroom villa and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. One of the three (3) villas will be selected for this trip and assigned to the winning bidder after the auction closes and reservation dates are confirmed and are not valid during high season, and blackout dates apply. Villa's, reservations, rooms and packages are all subject to availability, this offer is for two (2) guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional guests. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations, this package is only able to redeem for a new reservation. Extended stays are subject to Nihi Sumba's' availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the attending guests' responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates and are exclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge. Check-in is at 11:00am and checkout is at 2:00pm. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
