Any additional gratuities during the experience are at the full responsibility of the attending guests. Average gratuity costs are $15 to $20 per day, per guide, per group of four (4) people equaling approximately $400 to $500 total for the duration of the experience.

This trip is not suitable for the mobility impaired as extensive walking may be required each day and may not be sustainable for some travelers.

The exact confirmed Austin Adventures Yellowstone National Park dates are recommended to be booked with Austin Adventures at least fifteen (15) days before the guest's desired trip start date. This six (6) night experience includes: Three (3) meals daily (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) with the exception of meals on day one (1), breakfast on day two (2) and dinner on day five (5) of the experience, non-alcoholic drinks, and two (2) room accommodations for one (1) night at each listed hotel/lodging for all of the six (6) nights. Activities include zip lining: no experience necessary, gear and instruction provided (260 lbs. weight limit); hiking: 2 to 4 miles per hike, easy to moderate terrain; whitewater rafting: class I-III rapids, no experience necessary; horseback riding: easy walking pace, no experience necessary (250 lbs. weight limit); wildlife viewing; soaking in natural hot springs; and guided tours. Exact activities/schedule on the trip may be subject to change under Austin Adventures discretion.

Not included in this experience are airfare, post-trip hotels, guide gratuities, discretionary dining charges, alcoholic beverages, insurance, other incidentals and expenses not specified above are at the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.

Participants are responsible to make their own arrangements for airfare including flights to and from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Transportation from Bozeman Yellowstone Internation Airport to The Element is at the responsibility of the winning bidder. The Element offers a complimentary airport shuttle for guest transportation to their hotel. The trip ends with a drop-off at either the Bozeman airport (12:00pm MDT) or your Bozeman hotel (12:30pm MDT). Please make flights for 1:30pm MDT or later.

At least one (1) attending traveler must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to participate in this package. Children under the age of six (6) are not eligible for this experience.

The Austin Adventures accommodations as part of this trip are for two (2) double-occupancy rooms and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Children under the age of twelve (12) must stay in their guardian's room. The rooms will be selected for this trip and assigned to the winning bidder after the auction closes and reservation dates are confirmed and are not valid during closed out dates. Reservations, rooms and packages are all subject to availability as this offer is for four (4) guests. Additional guests and rooms may be available for an additional purchase ranging from $2,318 to $2,898 per person and is only based on Austin Adventures availability and is not included in this package. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended stays are subject to Austin Adventures availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the attending guests' responsibility for payment. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
