At least one (1) attending traveler must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to participate in this package. It is not recommended to bring children under the age of 14 years of age.

The Adams & Butler Scotland tour is available only to redeem for travel dates between Wednesday, October 23, 2019 and Monday, October 28, 2019. The winning bidder will be connected with an Adams & Butler booking representative after the auction closes to confirm travel booking and no other dates requested will be granted.

This five (5) night tour includes the above listed experience components and associated gratuities. Any special requirements, allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed to Adams & Butler prior to the trip start date and are not guaranteed to be accommodated. Participants meet in Edinburgh, Scotland to start their trip and must make their own arrangements for airfare (fly into Edinburgh Airport and out of Prestwick Glasgow International Airport). Round trip car transportation will be provided for pick up and drop off from the above listed airports and accommodations. Exact activities/schedule of the tour may be subject to change under Adams & Butler's discretion. 

Not included in this experience are airfare, personal and travel insurance, pre/post hotels, other ground transportation outside of the personal driver, lunches, discretionary dining charges, all beverages other than water (including alcohol), hotel internet, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the dates of this experience and/or desired routes. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the situation the listed travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

Hotel accommodations as part of this trip are for one (1) deluxe "double-occupancy room" which includes one (1) king-sized bed. Two (2) double beds can be requested but is not guaranteed. Hotel accommodations cannot be combined with other offers. Upgrades are subject to hotel availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the attending guests' responsibility for payment. Hotel accommodations does not include costs for food and beverage or any other optional activities or services such as spa, golf, and other amenities offered outside of the Adams & Butler Scotland Tour. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the area, it is the winner's responsibility to source separate hotel accommodations and car transfer to the airport will not be provided.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flights, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
