Sky Access^TM membership requires execution of a Sky Access Agreement with Delta Private Jets, which must be funded at the time of execution. Sky Access agreement must be signed within 30 days of auction closing. Quantity and availability of empty leg flights is not guaranteed. Diamond Medallion SkyMiles status will not be granted of any kind.

Offer requires purchase of the Delta Private Jets Card from Delta Private Jets, Inc. and execution of an Empty Leg Subscription Agreement, which must be funded at the time of execution. Members are responsible for return transportation.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
