The winning bidder ("Winner") is responsible for sourcing and purchasing their own travel arrangements to and from the embarkation Terminal in Port Miami, Miami Florida to include as needed airfare, ground transportation and any additional transportation. Guests who arrive late to the Scarlet Lady for embarkation will not be able to board and will not be refunded for this experience. The Winner and Guest must have a valid passport in their possession, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of the cruise. Both the Winner and Guest must be 18+ to utilize this experience. Anyone under 21 years old must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult 21 or older. Winner and his/her Guest must travel on the same itinerary.

This offer is good for one (1) double occupancy five (5) night Sea Terrace for the Winner and one (1) guest for a voyage departing Friday April 10, 2020 and returning Wednesday, April 15, 2020. Additional guests and cabin upgrades are subject to prevailing rates and availability at the discretion of Virgin Voyages. Travel protection packages are available for purchase through Virgin Voyages Sailor Services. Onboard gratuities are included. 

Optional activities or additional costs on board the ship, including but not limited to spa services, alcoholic beverages, "Another Rose" show, some food options including but not limited to fresh pressed juices and craft coffees, room service convenience charge and meals in port are the Winner and his/her guest's responsibility. All additional gratuities off-board the ship charged during the duration of this experience will not be covered by Delta and are at the full responsibility of the Winner and his/her guest.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Winner and his/her guest. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.

Virgin Voyages is not responsible for lost or stolen baggage except as required by law. Travel is subject to terms and conditions as stated on Virgin Voyages Ticket Contract (which will be made available prior to booking the voyage). Various additional material restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest are each solely responsible for obtaining his/her own travel, medical, and life insurance, and the associated costs. If either the Winner or his/her guest becomes ill or infirm to such a degree that he or she cannot embark the vessel, Virgin Voyages shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Prize award or any part thereof. Winner and his/her guest must obey all local laws and regulations while on the trip and act in a manner that is safe and respectful of Virgin Voyages and its other guests. Virgin Voyages is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from any changes to the itinerary or accommodations made by the Winner and/or his/her guest. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions, directives, orders, etc., issued or instituted by governmental authorities.
