If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the festival, the other attending guest must be an adult who is 18 years or older. Children aged 4 & younger will be admit for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid Intersect wristband. The winning bidder will receive their two (2) tickets via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Intersect Festival. Guests will receive one (1) wristband per guest that each attending guest will need to wear both days. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. VIP wristbands will have dedicated entry points which will expedite entry, in lieu of waiting in line with General Admission (GA). Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The 2019 performing artists at the Intersect Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Intersect's discretion. Please note there may be limited availability for select items including but not limited to seating, food and beverages, prompt arrival is suggested. VIP Culinary and Beverage options are for purchase. The Intersect Festival and all associated events will take place, rain or shine. Attendees will be allowed to re-enter the festival up to two (2) times until 7:30pm. No reentry after 7:30pm will be permitted and you must scan out.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
