To utilize the Neon Garage and Pre-Race Pit Road access, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Neon Garage access is for guests aged 16 or older. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The pace car ride will take place in the early morning prior to the race around 6:30am PT on Sunday, February 23, 2020 and will include approximately three (3) laps around Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Exact time to meet and timing for the pace car ride is subject to change. You and your guest will be asked to arrive by 6:00am PT and will be together in the same pace car for the ride. To participate in the pace car ride, in which you will be a passenger not the driver, all riders must be at least 18 years of age and will be required to sign a waiver provided by Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the Pennzoil 400 race but will not be the actual pace car used in the race. Las Vegas Motor Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Pace car rides are subject to cancellation due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance from NASCAR Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and such cancellation is at the sole discretion of NASCAR and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. In the event the pace car rides are cancelled, no alternative experience component or percentage of miles redeemed back to the winning bidder's account will be offered.

The exact hotel will be provided to the winning bidder by Thursday, January 30, 2020. The winning bidder can elect to use all or any amount of the three (3) hotel nights provided. The winning bidder must notify their Delta representative by Thursday, January 30, 2020 on the exact dates they choose to check in and check out in order to potentially modify the original dates of checking in on Friday, February 21, 2020 and checking out Monday, February 24, 2020. The room type is a standard resort room with two queen beds. A king room can be requested but is not guaranteed. Check in is at 3:00pm PT and check out is at 11:00am PT. All hotel incidental costs including food and beverages and any daily amenity fees are at the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. There must be at least one guest age 21 or older to check in and receive the hotel accommodations.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
