Terms and Conditions:

To utilize the 'cold' pit/garage passes, participants must be at least 18 years of age. The winning bidder will be able to pick up their tickets and passes at the track credential office when they arrive to Kentucky Speedway on Friday, July 10, 2020.

The one (1) pace car ride for the two (2) guests will take place midday to early afternoon prior to the NASCAR Cup Series "Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart" on Saturday, July 11, 2020, and will include approximately two (2) laps around Kentucky Speedway. To participate in the pace car ride, in which you will be a passenger not the driver, you will be required to sign a waiver provided by the Kentucky Speedway. All guests must be 18 years or older to participate in the pace car ride. Pace car rides are subject to cancellation due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance from NASCAR or Kentucky Speedway, and such cancellation is at the sole discretion of NASCAR and Kentucky Speedway. In the event the pace car rides are cancelled, no alternative experience component or percentage of miles redeemed back to the winning bidder's account will be offered. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the NASCAR Cup Series "Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart" but will not be the actual pace car used in the race. Pace car rides are subject to change or cancellation without notice and at the direction of NASCAR and Kentucky Speedway.

Kentucky Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
