Terms and Conditions:

All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please note this reservation includes one (1) $250 gift card to The Whale Wins to cover dinner costs of each reservation. Dinner charges which exceed $250 will be the responsibility of the members to cover.

The winning bidder and their guest must consent to abiding by any COVID restrictions and regulations in force in Washington at the time of their reservation on Sunday, March 12, 2023 dinner date.

The Whale Wins will do their best to accommodate any food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please provide this information a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the dinner. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine and cocktail list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. This package does not allow transfer of reservation dates and is good for Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 8:00pm PT

In the chance the reservation date of March 12, 2023 at 8:00pm PT must be cancelled or compromised due to an unforeseen restaurant buyout, the winning bidder will be notified in advance and will be provided with alternate dates to choose from. If guest must reschedule or cancel reservation due to any reason, The Whale Wins requests a 48-hour advanced notice to accommodate any reservation changes.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
