Terms and Conditions: 

To book the reservation, the winning bidder will be introduced to a representative of the Urban Cowboy Lodge to coordinate their room reservation, private whiskey tasting, and Guided Medicinal Herbs Walk. It is suggested that the winning bidder contact their representative at least 30 days prior to secure their preferred reservation dates, however, exact dates may not be guaranteed. Urban Cowboy accommodations cannot be combined with other offers and all dates are subject to availability and seasonality. To utilize this package and all components listed above, all attending guests must be at least 21 years of age.

The 2-night stay at Urban Cowboy Catskills is good for one (1) stay in a Walden Forest Bathing Suite with one (1) king bed only. The Walden Forest Bathing Suite experience as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay without additional costs subject to Urban Cowboy Catskills' discretion. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am on the day of departure, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation within 30 days of the checkout date will result in the forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay at Urban Cowboy Catskills, it is at the winning bidder's sole cost and responsibility. This experience does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, or any other optional activities not mentioned above. Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the desired travel dates are unavailable at Urban Cowboy Catskills' discretion, and the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Breakfast will be located in the dining room in the main lodge. A la carte breakfast and coffee are served from 8:30-11:00AM.

There is no cell service within approximately 30 minutes of Urban Cowboy. Complimentary wifi is available in rooms and the main lodge. Cell service is limited (and the chance to disconnect is Urban Cowboy's greatest amenity!)

Urban Cowboy Catskills strongly suggests guests arrive by car. There are no car services or taxis consistently servicing the area.

Guests will confirm which day and time of their stay they would like to utilize the private whiskey tasting and guided medicinal herbs & foraging walk upon making their stay reservation with an Urban Cowboy Catskills representative.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Additional ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made. 

Property Terms and Conditions: 

Urban Cowboy is an adult playground. Therefore, ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 AND UP. No infants or children are allowed on property. We are a non-smoking property. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in their guest rooms are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. Free parking is available to all our overnight guests. All guest rooms are located on the first and second floor. There is no elevator and no bellhop. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. All professional photoshoots and filming are subject to advance approval by the owners. At least seven days advance written notice is required prior to any personal or professional photo shoots. No closed-door filming allowed. Additional fees apply. In other words, you may not simply reserve a room for a photo shoot or filming. This also applies to day-of events such as weddings. A liaison designated by Urban Cowboy will be assigned to monitor all photoshoots and filming. A separate contract is required. If you are caught filming on the premises without prior approval, all material will be forfeited, and guests may be asked to leave the property. Guests make take photos for personal use (i.e., cell phone photos). Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur a minimum charge of $25 and may take up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value to you prior to your departure. Our signature clawfoot tubs are all antiques. We ask that you use our bath products to enjoy them. Using other products could potentially damage the enamel permanently. No bath bombs, glitter bombs, salts, etc. Using these products will result in a cleaning or replacement fee.
