Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room at CIVANA. The minimum age for program guests is 14 years old, and children under the age of 14 are not permitted. Persons aged 14 to 17 years of age may stay with an accompanying adult over 18 in the same room. The minimum age for access to the Spa is 16 years old.

This experience includes: one (1) 3-night stay for two (2) guests at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa ("Property") in a Spa King Room ("Stay"); one (1) Welcome Amenity Gift ("Welcome Gift"); all meals and non-alcoholic beverages for two (2) people during the Stay ("Meals"); one (1) multi-course tasting menu dinner with wine pairings for two (2) at Terras Restaurant ("Terras Dinner"); one (1) spa treatment per person (2 total treatments) ("Spa Treatments"); and roundtrip ground transportation for two (2) between the Property and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport ("Airport Transfers") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid at the Property located in Carefree, AZ only and may not be exchanged for Property credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any supplemental activities, menu items, or experiences not listed herein is the responsibility of the guest. Any additional purchases separate to this Experience package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the recipient. 

The winning bidder ("Member") will confirm dates of the Stay with their SkyMiles Experiences representative. The Stay is good for one (1) one-bedroom suite on dates to be determined. The room as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. This experience and all inclusions cannot be transferred to alternative dates, exchanged for credit, or resold. Check-in is at 4:00pm MST and check-out is 11:00am MST on day of departure, and no time or date change requests will be granted. If the recipient chooses to extend their stay, it will be the recipient's responsibility to cover that portion of their extended stay. No substitutions will be offered based on what is detailed in the package experience. An early checkout fee of one-night room and tax will be applied to any guestroom that departs on an earlier date than the reservation specifies unless 24-hour notice is given. All participants must provide a valid credit card at the time of making the reservation for security and incidentals. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. At the time of check-in, a credit card will be taken to authorize the full amount of the stay and an additional $150 in case of any incidentals. Any amount not used is released at time of check-out.

Experience is non-transferable, and the Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa accommodations cannot be combined with other offers and ALL dates are subject to availability and seasonality. Member and their one guest ("Guests") are subject to all rules and policies at CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa.

Each Guest will receive one (1) Spa Treatment per person (2 treatments total) during the Stay. Applicable to any treatment up to $215. Non-invasive procedures included only; invasive procedures not included. Noncumulative and non-transferable. Service charge is included. Retail is not included. Maximum of one (1) treatment per Guest. If Member chooses to add any additional spa treatments that exceed the credit amount, Member is responsible for paying all costs associated, including taxes and gratuities. Spa Treatments are good for any day of the stay, but reservations are required. Guests must book spa offerings prior to the Stay via CIVANA Guest Experience team or online. Member will be provided with spa treatment options prior to Experience, and Member to receive more information on booking their Spa Treatments prior to the Stay.

Food and Beverage service charge is included. Alcohol, zero-proof craft cocktails, retail, and retail packaged food and drinks are not included in this package. Food and beverage offerings can be used from 12:00pm on day of arrive until 12:00pm on day of departure.

The date and time of the Terras Dinner included in this Stay will be confirmed with the Member prior to the first day of Experience.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Restaurant, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
