All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older.

This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Aba on Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 5:00pm CT in Austin, TX ("Reservation"); one (1) multi-course chef-curated tasting menu with cocktail or wine pairings for two (2) guests at Aba ("Dinner"); table touch by Aba Austin Executive Chef ("Table Touch"), and; one (1) Aba 'Mediterranean Summer Candle' ("Candle") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 5:00pm CT at Aba located at 1011 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704 ("Restaurant") only and may not be rescheduled, exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. 

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, September 12, 2024; 2) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, September 12, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Dinner includes a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available. The cost of any supplemental menu items not mentioned herein is the responsibility of the member and their guest ("Guests").

The Candle will be provided to the Member upon departure from the Restaurant the evening of Sunday, October 13, 2024. Table Touch will take place during Dinner. Timing of the Table Touch is subject to change at the Restaurant's discretion.

Parking is not included in this package. Street parking and parking garage options are available nearby. In the event the Reservation must be canceled or rescheduled by the Restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or Restaurant buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
