All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older.

This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Aria on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 7:30pm ET in Atlanta, GA ("Reservation"); one (1) 8-course bespoke chef's tasting menu and beverage pairings for two (2) guests at Aria ("Dinner"); and; one (1) table touch and photo opportunity by Chef Gerry Klaskala for two (2) guests ("Chef Meet & Greet") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 7:30pm ET at Aria located at 490 East Paces Ferry Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 ("Restaurant") only and may not be rescheduled, exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine or cocktail list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. 

All Dinner gratuities will not be covered by Delta and are at the full responsibility of the winning member ("Member"). 

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024; 2) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Dinner includes a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions fourteen (14) days prior to the experience. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available.

The Chef Meet & Greet will take place during the Dinner. Exact timing of the Chef Meet & Greet is subject to the Restaurant's discretion.

Business casual attire is recommended for Guests.

Parking is not included in this package. Complimentary valet is available at the Restaurant, and limited parking on the street near the Restaurant is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In the event the reservation date chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or Restaurant buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
