All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions.

This experience includes: access for two (2) to the Far Niente Wine Club Enchanted Garden Dinner at The Flower Fields on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 6:30pm-9:30pm PT ("Event"); multi-course menu with wine pairings served during the Event ("Meal"); live music ("Music"), and; a 10% discount for each guest on wines in the Far Niente Wine Estates portfolio purchased at the event ("Wine Discount"); (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the Far Niente Wine Club Enchanted Garden Dinner Event on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 6:30-9:30pm PT at The Flower Fields | Paul Ecke Jr. Family Barn located at 5704 Paseo Del Norte Carlsbad, CA 92008 ("Venue"), and may not be rescheduled, transferred, exchanged for credit, cash, or other winery event, or resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The two (2) tickets to the Event ("Tickets") will be sent to the Member digitally via Tock no later than Monday, April 15, 2024. The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all dietary restrictions and attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 11, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of their digital tickets prior to the Event, no later than Tuesday, April 16, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Meal will be predetermined at the discretion of Far Niente Wineries & Vineyard ("Far Niente"). Far Niente will do their best to accommodate any food allergies as well as special dietary requests, however there is no guarantee that all requests can be accommodated. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively ,"Guests") must submit dietary requests to the SkyMiles Experiences representative at least seven (7) days prior to the Event. Substitutions may not be available. Far Niente, SkyMiles Experiences, and Delta Air Lines are not responsible for accommodating dietary requests.

The Wine Discount on any wine that is part of the Far Niente Wine Estates portfolio purchased at the Event is available to all Guests, regardless of Far Niente Wine Club Membership status. The Member may purchase a Far Niente Wine Club membership prior to or during the event, which will allow them to receive an increased discount of 20% on any wine purchases made during the event. Far Niente Wine Club membership is not included in this package and would be the responsibility of the individual purchaser to cover the cost of membership fees.

Parking is not included in this package. The Event will take place rain or shine. In the rare instance where the Event must be canceled or rescheduled by Far Niente due to an unforeseen circumstance, the Member will be notified and provided with the rescheduled date for the Event. Delta Air Lines and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for cancellations or changes to the event schedule.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
