This experience includes: two (2) Luxury Suite Tickets ("Suite Tickets") to the NASCAR Cup Series Race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday, June 23, 2024 ("Event"); two (2) Pre-Track Passes for Sunday, June 23, 2024 ("Track Passes"); one (1) VIP Parking Pass on Sunday, June 23, 2024 ("Parking Pass"); access for two (2) to a Magic Mile Track Tour on Sunday, June 23, 2024 ("Magic Mile Track Tour"), and; two (2) hats signed by a NASCAR Driver ("Autographed Hats") (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the NASCAR Cup Series Race on Sunday, June 23, 2024 ("Race") at New Hampshire Motor Speedway located at 1122 NH-106, Loudon, NH 03307 ("Track"). Experience may not be transferred to other NASCAR races, exchanged for Track credit or cash, and may not be resold.
The Suite Tickets will be distributed digitally to the winning member ("Member") prior to the Event. Track Passes and Parking Pass will be mailed to the Member via FedEx no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event. Further details to be shared prior to the Event. Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") must submit an online registration form providing a valid photo ID, birth date, phone number, and email prior to the Experience in order to receive the VIP Passes on-site. Be advised that individuals may only register for VIP Passes up to four (4) NASCAR weekends during the 2024 season. Individuals who've already registered for VIP Passes during four (4) NASCAR weekends will be ineligible to receive VIP Passes at this Experience.
The winning member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, May 17, 2024, and; 2) confirm receipt of the Suite Passes, Track Passes and Parking Pass with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, June 13, 2024, 10 days prior to the event start date on Sunday, June 23, 2024. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.
In the unlikely event that Track Passes and Parking Pass are lost in transit by FedEx, SkyMiles Experiences will make alternative arrangements for the Member to pick-up Track Passes and Parking Pass on-site at the Track's will-call or box-office ("Will-Call") or other available options such as overnight shipping ("Alternate Delivery Options"). Refunds will not be offered for Wristbands lost by FedEx, except for in the unlikely event that Alternate Wristband Delivery Options are unavailable.
The Magic Mile Track Tour will take place in the early morning of Sunday, June 23, 2024. Exact time and details will be provided to the Member prior to the Event.
The Concord Suite will open on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at 11:00am ET. Guests will have access to food and beverage options within the suite. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
Parts of this experience will take place within an indoor, shared hospitality club. Additional guests including other SkyMiles Experiences guests may be in attendance within the space.
The Autographed Hats will be signed by a NASCAR driver. The exact driver signing the hats is at the discretion of New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Autographed Hats will be shipped to the winning bidder via FedEx after the Event.
All New Hampshire Motor Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, NASCAR Enterprises, and New Hampshire Motor Speedway are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in event schedule due to weather and race delays. Refunds will not be granted for any schedule changes in the event.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, lodging accommodations, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
