Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older for this experience. All Hot Lap Ride participants must be 18 years or older.
This experience includes: two (2) 'DAYTONA 500 Club' to the NASCAR Cup Series Coke Zero Sugar 400 race weekend at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL on Friday, August 23, 2024 and Saturday, August 24, 2024 ("Club Passes"); two (2) Hot Lap rides around Daytona International Speedway (1 per person) ("Hot Lap Rides"); access for two (2) to Mobil 1 Victory Lane following the race on Saturday, August 24, 2024 ("Victory Lane"), and; one (1) two-day Infield Parking Pass valid Friday, August 23 and Saturday, August 24, 2024 ("Parking Pass") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, Club Passes include: access to DAYTONA 500 Club Banquet and Lounge Levels; world class cuisine and open bar, and; Hard Rock Bet Fanzone/Pre-Race access. Experience is valid only for the NASCAR Cup Series Coke Zero Sugar 400 race weekend on Friday, August 23, 2024 and Saturday, August 24, 2024 ("Race") at Daytona International Speedway located at 1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 ("Track"). Experience may not be transferred to other NASCAR races, exchanged for Track credit or cash, and may not be resold.
The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, June 13, 2024, and; 2) confirm receipt of all passes with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 16, 2024. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.
The Club Passes and Parking Pass will be sent via digital ticket transfer to the Member no later than Friday, August 16, 2024.
Credentials for Victory Lane will given to the Member on-site, available for pickup at the Track Credential Office ("Credential Office") on the day of the Race. The Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") must submit an online registration form providing a valid photo ID, birth date, phone number, and email prior to the Experience in order to receive the Credentials on-site. More information regarding Credentials pick-up will be provided after the SkyMiles Experience auction closes on the site.
Guests participating in the Hot Lap Rides will need to sign a liability waiver on-site, prior to their ride. The Hot Lap Rides are tentatively set to take place on Saturday, August 24, 2024, and will include approximately two (2) laps around Daytona International Speedway. The exact car the hot lap ride will be in is at the discretion of Daytona International Speedway. All hot lap participants must be 18 years of age or older. Rides are subject to cancellation or date changes due to weather, or any other unforeseen circumstance from Daytona International Speedway, and such rescheduling or cancellation is at the sole discretion of NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway. In the event the Hot Lap Rides are cancelled, no alternative experience component or percentage of miles redeemed back to the winning bidder's account will be offered.
Parts of the Experience will take place within an indoor, shared hospitality club. The DAYTONA 500 Club is located inside the track overlooking Victory Lane. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 to access the DAYTONA 500 Club. Additional guests including other SkyMiles Experiences guests may be in attendance within the space. Food and beverage substitutions in the DAYTONA 500 Club are not available. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.
In order to access Victory Lane, the attending guests will be asked to leave the DAYTONA 500 Club with 10 laps to go and watch the end of the race from Victory Lane. If the attending guest chooses to have a minor attend Victory Lane, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older.
All Daytona International Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, NASCAR Enterprises, and Daytona International Speedway are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in event schedule due to weather and race delays. Refunds will not be granted for any schedule changes in the event.
Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by Daytona International Speedway, as listed here.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, lodging accommodations, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
