The winning bidder must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and must sign a standard liability waiver to utilize this driving experience. All guest drivers under 18 must have a valid driver's license or learner's permit from their State of residence and a signed parental consent form and waiver. Younger drivers will be considered if they have karting experience and are approved by Skip Barber Racing School's Chief Instructor. All drivers must be proficient with a manual transmission.

This experience includes: two (2) registrations for a One Day Racing School Program at a Skip Barber Racing School ("SBRS") track location ("Racing School Program") and one (1) registration to the Skip Barber Exclusive Membership Program ("Membership Program"), collectively, (the "Experience"). Further, the Racing School Program includes: 1-hour vehicle dynamics classroom session ("Classroom Session"), practical exercise and track sessions with autocross challenge ("Exercise and Track Sessions"), Hot Laps ("Hot Laps"), two (2) Skip Barber swag bags ("Swag Bag"), complimentary lunch ("Lunch"), and $200 credit off future Skip Barber Racing School registration ("Credit"). The experience is valid only at the tracks listed above between July 1^st through October 31, 2024, for either the Mustang GT or Formula Car program ("Program Type"), and may not be rescheduled, transferred, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member") and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, June 14, 2024. The member must also confirm their preferred track, Program Type, and date preferences at least six weeks in advance of the program date. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

By placing a bid on this package, you agree to adhere to all policies, terms, and conditions of the Skip Barber Racing School ("SBRS"). Guests are responsible for damage in all SBRS programs; however, Guests may purchase Damage Liability Reduction through SBRS. Without the Liability Reduction, the Guests assumes the full financial responsibly, up to the full replacement value of the vehicle for all damage they do to the vehicle(s). Damage Liability Reduction must be purchased at least 72 hours before the start of the Racing School Program. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted to SkyMiles Experiences and SBRS at least 21 days prior to the originally scheduled Experience. Requests submitted after that time will not be granted and the Experience will be considered forfeited. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
