Offer good for one three-night stay in Exclusive Resorts Carneros Resort & Spa residence only during the dates set forth above. Quantities are limited. Offer includes accommodations and certain services only; does not include airfare, costs for other transportation, food and beverage or other optional activities such as spa treatments. Offer cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win. Winning bidder must be aged 23 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23 years or older. All participants must sign an occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. All photography is representative of the Exclusive Resorts Carneros Resort & Spa property portfolio, but may not include photographs of the eligible residence; some variations may be applicable; specific residence may be subject to change. Check in is at 4:00pm PT on Friday, November 16, 2018 and check out is 11:00am PT on Monday, November 19, 2018, and no time or date change requests will be granted. Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended. 

The French Laundry Silver Gift Experience Card will be at the attending guests' table upon their arrival on their reservation date and must be redeemed on Saturday, November 17, 2018. The autographed copy of The French Laundry will be provided to guests upon departure from the restaurant the evening of Saturday, November 17, 2018. The kitchen tour will take place at the end of dinner and the exact restaurant personnel providing the tour is at the discretion of The French Laundry and will not be given by Chef Thomas Keller. 

This package does not allow transfer of reservation dates and is good for Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 8:00pm PT only. Attending guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to their dinner experience on Saturday, November 17, 2018. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests.
