To utilize this package and the events listed above, all attending guests must be at least 18 years of age. This trip may not be suitable for the mobility impaired. Please inquire further if you feel you may have difficulty and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available.

The one (1) dining experience at Benz has no set menu as Chef Benz will prepare the meal depending on guest preferences and what she freshly catches that day. The one (1) treepod dining experience is for one (1) hour total and for "High Tea" dining only. Taxes and gratuity are included for daily breakfast and also for the one (1) dinner at Benz and one (1) treepod dining experience. Any item separate from what is offered at the buffet is not included in "Daily Breakfast." The attending guests are responsible for paying all costs associated with any other meals, snacks, drinks, and alcohol, etc. not indicated in the above during their stay including the taxes and gratuities. Not included in this experience are airfare, discretionary dining charges, alcoholic beverages, meals not listed above, hotel telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Soneva Kiri accommodations cannot be combined with other offers and the reservation is for Sunday, January 20, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25, 2019 only. This package does not allow transfer of reservation dates. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Thailand area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel or resort stay. The 6-night stay at Soneva Kiri is good for a Bayview Pool Villa Suite for two (2) people and does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, or any other optional activities not mentioned above. The Bayview Pool Villa Suite as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only. However, up to one (1) additional adult and one (1) child may be allowed as additional guests which is subject to Soneva Kiri's discretion and prevailing supplementary rates and must be confirmed in advance.

Check in is at 2:00pm on Sunday, January 20, 2019 and check out is 12:00pm noon on Saturday, January 26, 2019, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. 

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
