To attend pre-game batting practice and the meet and greet opportunity with Gleyber Torres, the winning bidder and guest must arrive at the ballpark at 5:30pm ET for entry to this experience. The winning bidder will only have access to the last ten (10) minutes of the New York Yankees pre-game batting practice and the entirety of the visiting team's batting practice. Access to pre-game batting practice is subject to time changes and cancellation at the sole discretion of the New York Yankees and visiting team. 

The meet and greet with Gleyber Torres will take place during pre-game batting practice and will be for a total of approximately ten (10) minutes, of which time will be shared with the other SkyMiles Experiences package winners. A representative will be onsite to introduce the attending guests to Gleyber Torres before the game. The attending guests may bring a maximum of two (2) total items for Gleyber Torres to autograph. Any additional items are not guaranteed to be signed by Gleyber Torres. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the meet and greet, the other attending guest must be an adult who is 18 years or older. In the event, Gleyber Torres is not able to attend the meet and greet due to injury, an alternative prize of two (2) autographed Yankees items will be offered to the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
