The exact location of the seats is at the discretion of iHeartRadio, but the ticket locations will be on the floor level in either of Sections A, B, C, D or F. The winning bidder will receive the two (2) tickets for both days of the festival at the venue upon arrival for the first day, Friday, September 20, 2019. The winning bidder will be informed of the exact seat locations when they receive their two (2) tickets on Friday, September 20, 2019.

The specific iHeartRadio Music Festival Daytime Stage artist available to take the photo with the winning bidder is subject to the discretion of iHeartRadio. The artist appointed to the photo opportunity is not interchangeable. Taking a photo with the performing artist will occur during the show and may interfere with viewing other performances. The exact date and time of when the photo is taken is at the discretion of iHeartRadio. Guests who arrive late will not be guaranteed a photo. Autographs and other requests are not permitted when taking a photo with the artist. The winning bidder will be notified of the exact day of the festival the photo with the artist will take place by Thursday, September 19, 2019. If the winning bidder chooses to have a minor attend the photo opportunity, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older.  

The 2019 performing artists at iHeartRadio Music Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at iHeartRadio Music Festival's discretion. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Offer good for one four-night stay in Exclusive Resorts residence in Las Vegas, NV only during the dates set forth above. Quantities are limited. Offer includes accommodations and certain services only; does not include airfare, costs for other transportation, food and beverage or other optional activities such as spa treatments. Offer cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win. Winning bidder must be aged 23 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23 years or older. Offer is non-transferrable and the winning SkyMiles member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Maximum Occupancy is four (4) guests. All participants must sign an occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. All photography is representative of the Exclusive Resorts Las Vegas, NV property portfolio, but may not include photographs of the eligible residence; some variations may be applicable; specific residence may be subject to change. Check-in is at 4:00pm PT on Thursday, September 19, 2019 and check out is 11:00am PT on Monday, September 23, 2019, and no time or date change requests will be granted.

Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
