The winning bidder will be introduced to an Oceana Hotel representative to find available dates for their desired stay. It is suggested that the winning bidder contact their representative at least 14 days prior to secure their preferred reservation dates, however, exact dates may not be guaranteed. Oceana Hotel accommodations cannot be combined with other offers and ALL dates are subject to availability and seasonality. To utilize this package and the components listed above, all attending guests must be at least 21 years of age.

 In order to secure a private cooking class, it is required that the winning bidder contact their representative at least six (6) weeks prior with their preferred reservation dates, however, it is not guaranteed to be available. The winning bidder may also book any available regularly scheduled class as an alternative to a private class.  If guests fail to book 6 weeks prior, they will be invited to select from any available spots in the public list of scheduled classes, instead. Should the winner book their stay for December 2019, a private class will not be available. The private cooking class is typically three (3) hours long. Guests must arrive 10-15 minutes ahead their scheduled cooking class, at 395 Santa Monica Place, #323 Santa Monica CA 90401. Transportation to the private cooking class and back to the hotel is not included. Guests that arrive late and miss the cooking class will not be refunded miles. All taxes and gratuities are included in the pricing for this cooking class.

The 3-night stay at Oceana Hotel stay is good for one (1) Lanai Suite with one (1) king bed. The Lanai Suite as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. Check in is at 3:00pm PT and check out is 11:00am PT on day of departure, and no time or date change requests will be granted. Oceana Hotel resort fee waived. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Los Angeles area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel or resort stay. Daily breakfast consists of a la carte only. Both guests may order anything off the menu (up to $75.00 total) pre tax and tip. Tax and tip are not included. Alcohol is not included.

 This experience does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, or any other optional activities not mentioned above. Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the desired travel dates are unavailable at Oceana Hotel's discretion, the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
