The pace car ride will take place in the early morning prior to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series "AAA Texas 500" race on or around 9:00am CT on Sunday, November 3, 2019, and will include two (2) laps around Texas Motor Speedway. To participate in the pace car ride, in which participants will be a passenger not the driver, participants will be required to sign a waiver provided by the Texas Motor Speedway. Anyone under the age of 18 may participate in the pace car ride if a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver on their behalf, however, no children in car seats or under the age of 5 are permitted. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the NASCAR AAA Texas 500 Monster Energy Cup race but may not be the actual pace car used in the race. Pace car rides are subject to cancellation due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance from NASCAR or Texas Motor Speedway, and such cancellation is at the sole discretion of NASCAR and Texas Motor Speedway. In the event the pace car rides are cancelled, no alternative experience component or percentage of miles redeemed back to the winning bidder's account will be offered. Texas Motor Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Guests will be required to stand outside in an unshaded location and may be required to wait up to sixty (60) minutes for their pace car ride.
