The winning bidder will be introduced to a Château Élan Winery & Resort representative to schedule the reservation based on the availability of the dates listed above. It is required that the winning bidder contact their representative at least 60 days prior to secure their preferred reservation dates, however, it is not guaranteed to be available. Château Élan Winery & Resort accommodations cannot be combined with other offers and ALL dates are subject to availability and seasonality. To utilize this package and the components listed above, all attending guests must be at least 21 years of age.

The Premium Cellar Door wine tasting for two (2) guests is subject to Château Élan Winery & Resort availability. Reservations must be made in advance. Wine sales are not permitted before 11:00am ET on Sunday. 

The two (2) rounds of golf may be redeemed by one (1) guest, or divided between two (2) guests. At the time of booking, guest(s) must select the Chateau or Woodlands Golf Club Course (must be specified at the time of booking). Dates subject to the availability and discretion of Château Élan Winery & Resort.

The one (1) $400 Resort Credit will be associated with a name and room number. The credit is valid toward the hotel spa, golf course, event experiences and resort activities. To use the credit, events and activities must be booked by calling the reservations department and is based on availability. Unused Resort Credit may not be refunded. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The three (3) night stay at Château Élan Winery & Resort is good for either one (1) Chateau Elan "Inn King" room with one (1) king bed at the Château Élan Inn OR one (1) "Inn Double" room with two (2) double beds which are both subject to resort room availability and desired reservation dates. The "Inn" room types as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. Check-in is at 4:00pm ET and check-out is at 12:00pm ET on day of departure, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Atlanta area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel or resort stay. Daily Resort Fee included. This experience does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, or any other optional activities not mentioned above.

Daily breakfast includes items on the buffet and non-alcoholic beverages only. Taxes and gratuity are included. Any item separate from what is offered at the buffet is not included in "Daily Breakfast". The attending guests are responsible for paying all costs associated with any other meals, snacks, drinks, and alcohol, etc. not indicated in the above during their stay including the taxes and gratuities. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is on-refundable, including in the following situations: the desired travel dates are unavailable at Château Élan Winery & Resort's discretion, the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
