The winning bidder will receive their tickets from a Delta representative on the day of the event, Sunday, November 24, 2019. The exact location of the tickets is at the discretion of dick clark productions, inc. but seats will be located in either sections 100, 200, 300, 400 or 500 within rows N through Z or rows AA through MM. Guests that arrive late may not be permitted to attend the event.

All guests must be 21+ in order to attend the official after party. Celebrities are not guaranteed to be in attendance at the after party. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Winner. 

The 2019 performing artists at the 2019 American Music Awards are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at sole discretion of the American Music Awards and dick clark productions, inc. Attending guests must comply with all event and venue rules and regulations; failure to do so may result in removal from the event. Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or transferred a third party. 

The American Music Awards and dick clark productions, inc. are not responsible if the event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, and Winner will not be reimbursed for tickets.  Winner understands and agrees that the American Music Awards and dick clark productions, inc. has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove attending guests from the Event at any time without compensation if attending guests behavior at any point is uncooperative or disruptive, may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Producer or the event, or otherwise violates the policies of Producer or the venue.  No one may be admitted to the Event without the proper ticket, passes, or other evidence of access or after the Event begins. Tickets may be subject to Producer or the venue's standard rain-check policies and procedures. 

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
