To utilize this package and the components listed above, one (1) attending guests must be at least 18 years of age. Guests must fly into Steamboat Springs Airport (HDN) to utilize the roundtrip airport transfers. This experience does not include costs for additional transportation, food and beverage, or any other optional activities not mentioned above. Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the dates of this experience and/or desired routes. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the situation the listed travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The four (4) night stay at The Steamboat Grand Hotel is good for four (4) guests in a two-bedroom condominium. No additional guests will be granted permission to stay without additional costs subject to The Steamboat Grand Hotel's discretion. Check in is at 4:00pm MVT and check out is 11:00am MVT on day of departure, and no time or date change requests will be granted. Amenity fees included. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Steamboat Springs area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate accommodation.

The Western BBQ Dinner is for four (4) guests only and does not include alcohol or gratuity. Reservations are required an must be made at time of booking.

The Mountain Coaster experience allows for one (1) individual ride per person (four rides in total) for attending guests. Attendings guests must be between 54 inches and 84 inches tall (137/213 centimeters), Weight cannot exceed 375 lbs. /170 kg, and must be at least three years old and three feet two inches tall and ride with another person that is both sixteen years or older and at least four feet six inches tall. 

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
