The winning bidder of the Rascal Voyages private yacht experience is responsible for sourcing and purchasing their own travel arrangements to and from Sorong Airport including airfare, hotels and ground transportation. Car transportation will be provided for round-trip pick up and drop off at either the Sorong Airport in Sorong for the start and end of the private yacht charter. To board, guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of the sail date. Ensure you are all up to date with vaccines prior to departure. 

This five (5) night adventure includes: Three (3) meals daily (including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) onboard Rascal, accommodations for five (5) nights onboard Rascal, a private yacht, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, all crew gratuities onboard Rascal and the above listed activities. This offer is good for one (1) five-night Rascal Voyages Private Yacht experience for up to ten (10) guests only during Saturday, February 29, 2020 through Thursday, March 5, 2020. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay.

Customization of the winning bidder's itinerary will be subject to voyage routes that can be completed in five (5) nights of cruising. Exact activities/schedule on the private yacht charter may be subject to change under Rascal Voyages discretion. Not included in this experience are airfare, pre/post hotels, off boat activities, including purchases and the applicable taxes, and meals outside of the above listed experience components, ground transportation, meals before and after boarding Rascal Voyages, telephone calls, insurance, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. Insurance is required to cover against all risks associated with overseas travel and appropriate medical and other insurance prior to departure from their country of origin and is the responsibility of the individual. 

All attending guests must be at least 18 years or older. If a guest is under 21 years of age, they must sail with an attending guest of 21 years of age or older. To participate in water sport activities, the winner bidder will be required to sign a waiver prior to the trip. All sailing routes, land activities and water sports are weather permitting and at the sole discretion of Rascal Voyages through the duration of the trip.

Most visitors (including citizens of USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, China, and India) are eligible for an Indonesian visa on arrival at a $35.00 charge with a maximum visit of 30 days. If not eligible for visa on arrival the attending guests can apply at any Indonesia Embassy. All foreign travelers to Indonesia need at least six months remaining on their passport as well as one full clean page for the visa on arrival stamp. This is strictly reinforced: Attending guests will not be allowed to board the plane in their departing country if this is not adhered to.

This Rascal Voyages private yacht experience may not be suitable for the mobility impaired. Please inquire further if you feel you may have difficulty and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available. Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around the Rascal yacht with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. 

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, hotel, airfare and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
