This offer is good for one (1) three (3)-night stay in the Bears Den Cabin for up to two (2) guests only during the dates set forth above. Additional guests are subject to prevailing rates and availability, which is at the discretion of the Ranches at Belt Creek and approximately $350/person additionally per night.

The two (2) attending guests are able to choose from one (1) ranch activity per full day (two total the entire stay) at The Ranches at Belt Creek on non-arrival and non-departure dates. The following are days the attending guests can participate in a chosen activity on any day of stay based on Ranches at Belt Creek's availability. Attending guests must have a driver's license to drive and participate in any ATV activity. Activities not included as an option to choose from during this experience are fly fishing and pheasant hunting but can be purchased separately.

The Ranches at Belt Creek accommodations cannot be combined with other offers. At least one (1) attending guest must be aged 25 or older to utilize this package. Not included in this experience are gratuities, discretionary dining charges, all beverages including alcohol, meals outside of the property or any other optional activities and other incidentals and expenses not specified above.

The two (2) attending guests are responsible for the payment of Belt Ranch Creek's daily resort fee and 7% rental tax which total $138 for the entire stay will be charged on the final day of stay. Gratuities for food and beverage and the selected activity are not included in this package. Gratuity is encouraged but not mandatory and is at the sole discretion of the two (2) attending guests. Check in is at 3:00pm MST on day of arrival and check out is 11:00am MST on day of departure, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. If the winner bidder chooses to extend their stay at the Ranches at Belt Creek, it is the winning bidder's responsibility to contact the ranch directly in order to add any additional days at the guests' expense and is subject to the Ranches at Belt Creek availability.

Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
