If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Tampa area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel or resort stay. The 2-night stay at the Epicurean Hotel Autograph Collection, is for one (1) classic king bed room and does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, or any other optional activities not mentioned above. The exact type of room offered in this package is based on the Epicurean Hotel Autograph Collection discretion and availability. The Epicurean Hotel Autograph Collection accommodations as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay without additional costs subject to Epicurean Hotel Autograph Collection discretion. Check in is at 4:00pm EST on Friday, March 13, 2020 and check out is 12:00pm EST on Sunday, March 15, 2020, and no time or date change requests will be granted. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner.
