At least one (1) attending traveler must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to participate in this package. It is not recommended to bring children under the age of 14 years of age. This culinary tour may not be suitable for the mobility impaired. Epitourean tours are designed as soft adventure experiences, walking, climbing stairs, and in rare cases mild hiking may be required. Please inquire further if you feel you may have difficulty and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available.

*The Epitourean Culinary Adventure to Cinque Terre Tour is available to redeem for travel during dates between Sunday, March 1, 2020 and Monday, June 21, 2021. Please note that July and August are peak tourist season and requested travel dates during that time may be unavailable or difficult to fulfill. Additionally, all trip dates must be scheduled and confirmed with Epitourean before Wednesday, December 30, 2020. The winning bidder will be introduced to an Epitourean agent that will work with the winning bidder on finding available Epitourean experience dates. It is suggested that the winning bidder contact the Epitourean agent at least three months prior to their desired experience dates. Note that ALL dates are subject to availability and seasonality, and the exact desired dates of the winning bidder may not be available.

This seven (7) day tour includes: all breakfasts beginning on day 2, three (3) lunches and three (3) dinners, accommodations for six (6) nights, and the above listed tour activities including transportation to and from activities. Participants meet at the Monterosso Train Station to start their trip and must make their own arrangements for airfare. Transportation will be provided for round-trip pick up and drop off at either Monterosso train station or at Hotel Margherita Monterosso for the start and end of the tour. Exact activities/schedule on the tour may be subject to change and may or may not include activities in a group setting and is subject to Epitourean's discretion and based on availability and vendor accommodations.

Specific vendors and hotels are subject to change at any point prior to the trip being taken and are at the sole discretion of Epitourean. Not included in this experience are airfare, pre/post hotels, taxes, gratuities, other ground transportation, discretionary dining charges, alcoholic beverages outside of above listed meals and activities, hotel internet, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. All gratuities during the duration of this experience will not be covered by Delta and are at the full responsibility of the attending guests. The taxes and fees for the two (2) attending guests range from $943.53 in total ($471.77 per person) to $1,014.33 ($507.17 per person) during the high season months (April 12-October 17), which the winning bidder is responsible for paying to Epitourean prior to the departure date.

The winning bidder's originating city may or may not have accommodating Delta flights. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the desired travel dates are unavailable at Epitourean's discretion, the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

The Hotel Margherita Monterosso accommodations as part of this trip is for a "double-occupancy room" only and hotel accommodations cannot be combined with other offers. Upgrades are subject to hotel availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the attending guests' responsibility for payment. Hotel Margherita Monterosso accommodations do not include costs for food and beverage or any other optional activities offered outside of the Culinary Adventure in Cinque Terre in Italy Tour. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
