To utilize this package and the tickets listed above, all attending guests must be 21+. The type of VIP tickets included in this package are '3-Day VIP Luxe' as offered on the festival website. The VIP Luxe wristbands provide access to a designated open bar within the Luxury Suite. Regardless of the location of the open bar, the credentials do not provide access to any artist areas. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.
The winning bidder will receive their '3-Day VIP Luxe' wristbands via FedEx mail one (1) week before The Governors Ball Music Festival. Each attending guest will receive one (1) wristband that acts as both the '3-Day VIP' wristband and also the lounge with open bar access. Each attending guest will need to wear their one (1) wristband the entire weekend. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable and must be worn on the right wrist.
Offer good for one four-night stay in Exclusive Resorts residence in New York, NY only during the dates set forth above. Quantities are limited. Offer includes accommodations and certain services only; does not include airfare, costs for other transportation, food and beverage or other optional activities such as spa treatments. Offer cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win. Winning bidder must be aged 23 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23 years or older. Offer is non-transferrable and the winning SkyMiles member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Maximum Occupancy is four (4) guests. All participants must sign an occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. Check-in is at 4:00pm ET on Friday, June 4, 2020 and check out is 11:00am ET on Monday, June 8, 2020, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All incidental costs including food and beverages and any daily amenity fees are at the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
