VIRTUAL TASTING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

*This SkyMiles Experience requires that the winning bidder has satisfactory internet connection and a suitable device (phone, laptop, tablet) that supports Zoom Video Conferencing program via their internet browser or downloaded app on their selected device with the ability to stream audio and video in order to participate. The winning bidder and their guests will only be permitted to participate in this SkyMiles experience on one (1) device per package. The winning bidder is permitted to gift this experience and the same terms of one (1) device permitted per household will still apply. This virtual SkyMiles experience will be shared with up to ten (10) total Delta SkyMiles winners and their households and is not a private wine tasting experience. The virtual wine tasting experience with Rusty Rastello will last approximately 40 minutes in total, does not allow transfer of dates once the final date is determined after the auction ends. The conversation and questions between guests and Rusty Rastello will be moderated and guests will be muted during certain aspects of the virtual experience.

Attending video conference guests need to confirm they have all digital necessary components to participate in this experience, including installing Zoom or an alternative video streaming program as directed by Delta, prior to the experience. The exact date of the experience will be scheduled after the auction ends and is dependent on when all participants receive their wine shipment. The date and time of the virtual experience will be at the discretion of Rusty Rastello. After the auction ends, a Delta representative will schedule a time and date leading up to the virtual SkyMiles experience to perform a "test" run and confirm the winning bidder and guests are successfully able to log into the video conference and become familiar with the program. Delta is not responsible for any Zoom Video Conference program connections or internet disruptions during the virtual experience and it is highly recommended that participating guests have a basic understanding of using a smartphone, tablet, computer or any other technological devices. The winning bidder agrees that all technology components required for this experience are at the sole responsibility of the winning bidder and in the event the participating guests experience any outages or disruptions, no refunds will be made and a request for a new date will not be accommodated. All representations as to the software, compatibility, and source files are expressly disclaimed. Delta is not responsible for injury or damage to bidder, recipient, or any other person's computer or mobile devices related to or resulting from participating in auction or the package. 

Bidder does not obtain any rights to SingleThread Farm likeness or publicity rights and agrees not to sell, license, publish, stream or publicly distribute the wine tasting to media sources, blogs, or other public channels. The winning bidder and members of household participating in the virtual experience will be permitted to take photos and videos of their experience and post to social media.

WINE SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This experience is not valid to persons under the age of 21. By bidding on this experience, you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 21. By bidding on this experience, you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol received from SingleThread Farm is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you do not agree with these conditions of use please do not bid on this experience. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Winery will prosecute you fully to the extent allowable by law. Age verification is required upon delivery. Wine cannot be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons or those who are unable to provide age verification. In such circumstances, your order may be held at the shipping company's local depot or shipped back to the Winery.

By bidding on or winning this experience, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. Please note shipping restrictions are listed below and confirm that you are able to receive this shipment prior to bidding. Please note the following states do not allow any shipment of alcohol: Alabama, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Utah, Wisconsin. Please note that if the winning bidder resides in any of these states, they will not be receiving the shipment of wine.

If you receive your wine and it has been damaged during shipment, please contact your Delta representative within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to SingleThread Farm in making sure that the products are packaged and shipped properly. SingleThread Farm will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

SINGLETHREAD STAY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Both attending guests must be at least 21 years to utilize the future stay at SingleThread Farm. The SingleThread Farm Tour is approximately 1 hour long. Tax and Gratuity are included. Reservations for the tour must be made 2 weeks or more in advance. Breakfast for two (2) guests is included each day with the exception of the arrival day. Alcoholic drinks are not included with breakfast.

Dinner at SingleThread's restaurant will feature an eleven-course tasting menu customized at the sole discretion of SingleThread and onsite Chefs. SingleThread is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions if communicated at least 30 days in advance. SingleThread's facility uses nuts, soy, dairy, shellfish, and gluten. We strongly caution diners with extreme allergies to be aware that these items are used in close proximity. Due to the prevalence of soy and rice products, sea salt, and sea plants in the menu, they are unable to adjust for soy, rice, sea salt, and sea plant allergies. Many dishes contain cooked alcohol such as mirin, sake, and extracts. Reservations must will be scheduled through the designated SingleThread representative. All taxes are included. Gratuities are at the responsibility of the attending guests.

This offer is good for one (1) Guest Room with one (1) king bed. The accommodations cannot be combined with other offers. The winning bidder will be introduced to a SingleThread Reservations representative to find available dates for their desired stay. Exact requested dates are not guaranteed and are subject to SingleThread availability and seasonality. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Healdsburg area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel. The Guest Room as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security and attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol may have personal, social or health consequences and is at the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
