Terms and Conditions:

This package does not include access to the red carpet or any other affiliated events.

This package does not include any kind of VIP or express entry. Attending guests may be required to wait in line to enter the venue. Please allow for extra time to pass through security.

Access to talent or celebrities is not guaranteed as part of this package.

The ACM Awards tickets will be located on the Field Level - exact sections TBD - with an unobstructed view. Exact seat locations within each section are to be determined at the discretion of the ACM Awards ticketing team. Seat locations and ticket confirmations to be provided digitally no later than May 1, 2023.

Doors for the ACM Awards open at 5:00pm CT and close at 6:45pm CT. The show will begin promptly at 7:00pm CT. As this is a live to tape event, no ins or outs will be permitted. The show will conclude at 9:00pm CT.

ACM Lifting Lives' philanthropic event, Topgolf Tee-Off & Rock On, will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at The Colony Topgolf location. GA doors open at 6:30pm CT and the show will begin at approximately 8:00pm CT. The two (2) GA tickets will be standing room only and first come first served as far as where guests stand. No other additional items or services are included as part of the tickets. Timing is subject to change.

Transportation between lodging and the awards venue and transportation to and from the winning bidder's city are not included in this package. Accommodations are not included in this package. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package.

Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or transferred a third party.

The Academy of Country Music ("Producer") is not responsible if the ACM Awards ("Event") is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, and Winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Winner understands and agrees that Producer has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove Winner and/or his/her guest from the Event at any time without compensation if Winner or his/her guest's behavior at any point is uncooperative or disruptive, may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Producer or the Event, or otherwise violates the policies of Producer or the venue. No one may be admitted to the Event without the proper ticket, passes, or other evidence of access or after the Event begins. Tickets may be subject to Producer or the venue's standard rain-check policies and procedures.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
