*All viewing areas are limited capacity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. With the exception of ADA viewing section, chairs are not allowed in VIP viewing areas

Terms and Conditions:

The winner will receive their two (2) 4-Day VIP wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the 2023 Lollapalooza Music Festival, August 3-6 at Grant Park in Chicago, IL ("Festival"). Guests will receive one (1) wristband per guest that each attending guest will need to wear the entire four (4) days. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. Please note, food and beverage is not included in this package. There will be food and beverage available for purchase in the VIP and General Admission areas. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.

Please note: The 2023 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Festival's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates.

‍For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. Please see this year's bag policy here. Winner and guest must abide by all Festival/venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, or may bring C3 Presents, LLC and/or the Festival into disrepute. Resale of Festival tickets is prohibited.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flights, food, lodging, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
