*This Oak & Reel dining experience is available to redeem for the following reservation period, based on restaurant availability: July 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023.
Terms and Conditions:
All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. Reservation may be made for a Thursday through Monday evening between 5:30-8:30pm ET from July 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023. The winning bidder will be introduced to an Oak & Reel representative after the auction closes to determine future available dates for the experience. Reservation requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks in advance and is based on availability.
Everything listed above in the SkyMiles Experiences package, including the multi-course tasting menu and wine pairings for two (2) includes tax and gratuity.
The two (2) bottles of Oak & Reel Wine Club wines will be selected at the discretion of Oak & Reel staff and will be provided to guests upon departure from the restaurant on the evening of their reservation. The kitchen tour will take place at the end of dinner. The exact restaurant personnel providing the tour is at the discretion of Oak & Reel, based on staff availability. This experience does not guarantee participation from Chef Jared Gadbaw.
Oak & Reel will accommodate any food allergies as well as special dietary requests which must be provided upon securing the package and no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation date. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests.
In the event the reservation date chosen must be cancelled or rescheduled by the restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or restaurant buyout, the winning bidder will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling. In the event that the SkyMiles member must cancel or reschedule the confirmed reservation date due to an unforeseen circumstance, the SkyMiles member must notify the restaurant within twenty-four (24) hours of the reservation date and time in order to be rescheduled. Rescheduling is based on restaurant availability.
Business casual attire is recommended. Complimentary parking will be available in the lot adjacent to Oak & Reel.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
