Offer good for one (1) three-night stay in Exclusive Resorts residence in New York, NY only during the dates set forth above. Quantities are limited. Offer includes accommodations and certain services only; does not include airfare, costs for other transportation, food and beverage or other optional activities such as spa treatments. Offer cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win. Winning bidder must be aged 23 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23 years or older. Offer is non-transferrable and the winning SkyMiles member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. All participants must sign an occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security. Cancellation within 30 days of checkout date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
