Terms and Conditions:

The Terrace Club tickets will be digitally distributed to the winning bidder at least one (1) week before the event date. The premium parking pass will be shipped via Fed Ex at least two (2) weeks before the event date.

Please confirm the attending guest information and best shipping address with your Delta SkyMiles Experiences representative no later than Thursday, June 22, 2023, in order to meet the shipping deadline for receiving all tickets and passes.

The winning bidder will receive the VIP garage and pit passes onsite at the Pocono Raceway credential office, located before the Tunnel Entrance on Long Pond Road. Further details and a map will be shared prior to the experience.

The pace car ride will take place in the early morning prior to the NASCAR Cup Series "Pocono 400" on or around 9:00am EST on Sunday, July 23, 2023 and will include approximately two (2) laps around Pocono Raceway. To participate in the pace car ride, in which you will be a passenger not the driver, you will be required to sign a waiver provided by the Pocono Raceway. Anyone under the age of 18 may participate in the pace car ride if a parent or legal guardian signs the waiver on their behalf. The car in which participants will ride in will be similar to the actual pace car used in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series "Pocono 400" but will not be the actual pace car used in the race. Pace car rides are subject to cancellation due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance from NASCAR or Pocono Raceway, and such cancellation is at the sole discretion of NASCAR and Pocono Raceway. In the event the pace car rides are cancelled, no alternative experience component or percentage of miles redeemed back to the winning bidder's account will be offered. To access the Pocono Raceway Fan Fair area, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

In order to access Victory Lane, the attending guests will be asked to leave the Terrace Club with 10 laps to go and watch the end of the race from Victory Lane. A Pocono Raceway employee will meet guests to escort them to Victory Lane. If the attending guest chooses to have a minor attend Victory Lane, the minor will need to be accompanied by the other attending guest who must be 18 years or older. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The autographed NASCAR hats will be shipped to guests after the race. The autographed NASCAR hats will be signed by a NASCAR driver, to be determined prior to the race.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
