This SkyMiles Experience includes: accommodations for two (2) guests for four (4) nights in one (1) Overwater Bungalow based on Resort's availability, one (1) Barrier Reef Snorkel Tour for two (2) guests, one (1) 60-minute couples massage, all taxes and gratuities associated with all package inclusions.

*Thatch Caye Resort ("Resort") Experience is available to redeem through Monday, December 18, 2023. This offer is not valid after December 18, 2023 and reservation requests for stays beginning after Thursday, December 14, 2023 will not be granted. The exact confirmed Resort stay dates are recommended to be booked with a designated SkyMiles Experiences representative at least three (3) months before the guest's desired trip start date and are based on availability. All reservation dates are subject to availability. The winning bidder will be connected with a SkyMiles Experiences representative after the auction closes to confirm booking dates.

This package does not include all inclusions as part of the All Inclusive, Island Style package, airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at Resort, travel insurance, excursions, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. The accepted currency at Resort is the Belize Dollar or the US Dollar. Resort does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

**The winning bidder and their guest will be required to purchase two (2) All Inclusive, Island Style packages (1 package per attending guest) for all four (4) nights of the stay. Each All Inclusive, Island Style package includes: three (3) meals per day, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, roundtrip boat transfer to and from Dangriga Airport, Marine reserve access fee, exclusive use of the resort's kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, fishing poles, and other non-motorized island toys. The estimated cost of the All-Inclusive, Island Style package for two (2) adults (ages 13+) during this experience as listed above is approximately $1840 USD, inclusive of the 12.5% sales tax and 10% service charge. The All Inclusive, Island Style package does not include imported beverages.

Exact activities/schedule on the trip may be subject to change at Resort's discretion. The available date of the Belize Barrier Reef Snorkel Tour activity is weather dependent. It is suggested that the preferred date for both the Belize Barrier Reef Snorkel Tour and the 60-minute couples massage is communicated to your SkyMiles Experiences representative  one (1) week prior to the confirmed stay dates or on-site with the Property Team. The Belize Barrier Reef Snorkel Tour is not a private activity and other guests may be in attendance.

Be advised that there are no TVs, phones, or Wi-Fi in any of the Resort's rooms. There is an office phone available for use if needed, and a TV and Wi-Fi available in the CoCo Lounge. 

All members of the travel party must present a valid passport when traveling to Belize in order to prove their citizenship. Traveling from certain countries may require a visa or valid passport. Passport should meet Belize's Immigrations policy and should be valid up to 90 days after arrival. Please contact the Belize Embassy or visit the Embassy website, https://immigration.gov.bz/visa/visa-types/. All guests' full, legal names and emails are required at time of booking. Possession of proper documentation is the responsibility of the passenger. If you are departing Belize for a country that has the passport validity requirement beyond 90 days after arrival, then that requirement will be enforced. Failure to provide the air carrier or governmental officials with necessary documents will lead to denial of boarding. All cancellation and no show penalties that are incurred are the sole responsibility of the client and will be charged accordingly.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover all risks associated with overseas travel and appropriate medical and other insurance prior to departure from their country of origin is the responsibility of the individual. No shots are required to travel to Belize; however, travelers may consider a gamma globulin shot for hepatitis A and B as they are a good idea anytime you travel as are boosters for tetanus.

This offer is for two (2) guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional guests. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations, this package is only able to redeem for a new reservation. Extended stays are subject to Resort's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the attending guests' responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. Check-in is at 3:00pm local time and check out is at 11:00am local time. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in the area, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
